Tsegaye Beru is associate director for faculty research and outreach services at the Duquesne University School of Law's Center for Legal Information and Allegheny County Library Library. Beru has taught first year legal research for many years and is now co-teaching the Advanced Legal Research class. He is the co-author of Pennsylvania Legal Research Handbook and has published, in-house, Allegheny Cases with their Parallel Citations to District and County Reports and Bills and Acts of Pennsylvania 1970-2001. He has also published numerous works on the Center's web site. Beru is now working on a book, An introduction to the Ethiopian Legal System.
