Employer Outreach Manager at Your Service

Samantha Coyne, MBA '04, recently joined the Career Services Office as Employer Outreach Manager. In the new position, Coyne assists employers working in all areas of the law in locating clerks and/or associate attorneys to meet their employment needs. Her unique blend of legal, financial services and sales experience, as well as a background in law school employer development, makes her well-suited to the new Duquesne Law position. Among other work, Coyne reaches out to small- and mid-sized firm professionals, corporate attorneys and alumni working in nontraditional careers.

Outside Employment Recommendations

Please be aware that Duquesne University School of Law faculty strongly suggest that first-year day division students should not engage in any outside employment during their first year at the School of Law. The faculty also strongly suggest that second- and third-year day division students should not engage in more than 20 hours per week of outside employment.
