Jason J. Kelley is engaged in private practice in Pittsburgh, where he concentrates in real property law, bankruptcy, and employment issues. He has conducted litigation, argued appeals, and authored numerous briefs.

He received his J.D. summa cum laude from the Duquesne University School of Law, where he served on Law Review and was published multiple times. Jason Kelley is also the recipient of numerous scholarships and awards, including the Gerald K. Gibson Memorial Award presented by the Allegheny County Bar Association, the J. Alfred Wilner Award, the Carol Los-Mansmann Award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy, the American Bankruptcy Institute Award for Excellence, and numerous Call and other awards.

Jason Kelley teaches courses in legal writing and analysis and real property. He is a member of multiple Bar Associations and has been admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts and the US District Court.

He has been married for 19 years to his wife, Julie, and has three beautiful daughters.
