Carol Los Mansmann Chair presents at North Carolina Judicial College

Prof. Jane Campbell Moriarty presented this week at North Carolina Judicial College’s Appellate Training: New and Emerging Legal Issues. Duquesne Law’s Carol Los Mansmann Chair in Faculty Scholarship discussed developments in behavioral science and the law. She presented on a panel with John Martin Conley, the William Rand Kenan Jr. Professor of Law at the UNC School of Law, and Robin Conley Riner, Associate Professor of Sociology and Anthropology at Marshall University.

The two-day program was held at the N.C. Judicial Center in Raleigh, N.C.

The North Carolina Judicial College is part of the UNC School of Government, the largest university-based local government training, advisory, and research organization in the United States.
