School of Law Celebrates Public Service Fellowships with Donor Jack McGinley

The School of Law recently hosted a reception for the 2017 McGinley Fellows to meet with benefactor John R. "Jack" McGinley, Jr., L'68, and talk about the opportunities for public service afforded by the fellowships. Dean Maureen Lally-Green, L'74, welcomed McGinley, his family members, and other guests, and Duquesne President Ken Gormley discussed the importance of the fellowship program to the School of Law and the University. Sixteen law students received McGinley Public Service Law Fellowship awards in the spring of 2017 and served judicial and government offices throughout the country this summer.
